Document requirements vary by university and nationality, but most applicants need a consistent academic, identity and medical file.
Academic documents
- Secondary-school certificate and detailed marks
- Subject results for Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics as required
- Equivalence certificate where the school system differs
- English-language evidence if requested
Identity and compliance
Prepare a valid passport, photographs, medical examination form, police or character certificate where required, and certified translations for documents not in English or Chinese.
Payment and offer records
Keep the application reference, offer, official invoice, bank receipt and refund terms. Use the same spelling of the student's name across every document.
Home-country file
Save regulator eligibility, entrance-test results and any prior registration required before studying abroad.
