Record the full course length, internship months and where clinical training occurs. Ask how the final transcript distinguishes academic study and internship.

Confirm whether the degree allows the graduate to seek registration in the country of training, and keep the university's written response.
Evidence
Maintain attendance, in-person study, clinical rotations and hospital documentation. A short promotional summary cannot replace these records.
